PAYMENT:

·         We only accept PayPal. At PayPal, you can pay with check or credit card and it is fast and easy.

·         Make your payment through PayPal by sending money to info@cougargulch.com. Send us an itemized list of what you ordered and we will ship. If you wish, send us an email with your order and we will send you an invoice through PayPal and you can pay from that. Let us know if you want to add shipping insurance to the invoice.

 

SHIPPING:

·         Web templates, domain names and internet items "ship" anywhere in the world.

·         We only ship to continental United States. (Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian orders may be shipped for an additional fee).

 

INSURANCE:

·         Unless otherwise noted, insurance is not included. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We provide delivery confirmation. After we mail or ship the product it becomes your responsibility.

·         If you want insurance (for USPS) or if you want the delivery signed for (Fed Ex, UPS), you must say so and you must add the optional insurance fee to your payment ($3.00 for every one-hundred dollars worth).

·         If we include insurance, it will be only for the amount tendered on this sale. Regardless, any and all claims for damage or loss are with the Postal Service or Shipping Company and not with us (we will help you with this if necessary).

 

RETURNS:

·         Health and Herbal Products: No returns accepted on these items due to safety and health reasons.

·         Product Sold Used: we will describe it as accurately as possible but you bought it "AS IS." No returns will be accepted.

·         Product Sold New: including shelf-pulls, returns and factory refurbished, we only accept returns for operational defects in the product. You must notify us within three days and obtain authorization for any return. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization.

·         Returned product must be in original, resellable packaging to receive full or proper credit - even if the product doesn't work. You will be responsible for all shipping costs back to us. If you ship to us C.O.D. you will be charged the shipping costs including shippers handling fees and our handling fees (10% of product sale price, $5.00 minimum).

 

REFUNDS:

·         Web templates and internet items (not including domain names) are fully refundable within the first month.

·         No refunds accepted on used items, health products and herbal products.

·         On new items, we reserve the right to exchange the defective product with a working unit, if the product is in stock.

·         On any refund issued we reserve the right to recover (or holdback) our actual shipping charges (this may include both directions if the return ship is charged to us).
